We will promptly ship out in stock orders order within 24-48 hours. Custom orders will ship promptly after we complete making them. We will keep you posted via email on the progress of all custom orders.

We charge a flat shipping rate of $25 for all orders under $500. Orders above $500 will ship for free.

We use the following carriers for delivery; USPS , FedEx, and UPS who will deliver your order within 2-5 business days.

You will receive an email when the order is shipped with a tracking number you can use to track the package. Packages are delivered with a packing slip.

If you receive an item that is damaged, please notify us right away.
